I
got my transfer call last night, I am leaving Siem Reap and going back to the
city to serve in Stigmanjay (literally have no idea how to spell that in
english)! I am sad to be leaving one of the coolest places on earth and all of
the amazing members and investigators here, but I am so pumped to be in the
city again! My trainer and companion now, Sister Luke and Sister Snooks, are
both going home on Wednesday and it is super sad but I am excited for them to
see their families again and start the next chapters of their lives!
This
week was so awesome! We had Zone Conference and our Thanksgiving celebrations
on Tuesday with President and Sister Christenson and we had so much fun! Ming
Savary and Vita were also baptized this weekend! We are all so excited for them
and they have become so converted to the Gospel. Their testimonies are so
strong and their lives have changed so much. i love seeing how much the Gospel
blesses the lives of individuals and families across the world. We also got a
ton of new investigators this week that we will be handing over to the new
Sisters, they are collapsing Siem Reap for Sisters, so there will only be
2 instead of 4 covering the entire city. Pretty crazy!
This week I helped cut super hot pepper for two hours and
got my entire leg stuck in a pile of mud in the middle of nowhere in the pitch
black. I love Cambodia, and being a missionary!

Email to Mom about Thanksgiving...
Hey!
Well my thanksgiving
this year was pretty lame. The elders were in charge of food (huge mistake) and
they got nasty KFC (not like America) and Khmer pizza (also not like America)
and we colored pictures about the story of thanksgiving. We had a "most
creative contest"and my mission presidents grand kids were the judges and I
naturally won best in show. Lame mom haha well at least everyone will be more
excited to skype me than the anticipation of their presents haha! I miss you so
much too and cant wait to talk to you! this month is going to go by so fast! I
cant believe this week i also hit my six month mark! 1/3 of the way there. just
one more short year. The days feel like weeks and the weeks feel like days. Its
insane how time works out here, but I am glad when I am super busy so I don't
get homesick. Sister Snooks is awesome and has been a great trainer, she is going home and I will miss her. We literally had so
much fun together and I am sad she is leaving. Anyways, I love you and miss you
a ton and hope you have another awesome week!
